Research Overview

I am interested in developing and using integrative approaches to tackle evolutionary questions in a statistical framework, through bioinformatics. Here, "integrative approach" means e.g. jointly inferring alignment and phylogeny, gene trees and organism tree, or organism tree and ancestral characters. I am currently working on these last two problems.
